These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to kitchenworks4u.site and describe the general terms under which Kitchen Works 4-U, Inc. provides kitchen remodeling, cabinetry and countertop services. By using this website you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Kitchen Works 4-U, Inc. is a kitchen remodeling company located at 747 Sandy Creek Dr, Brandon, FL 33511, serving Hillsborough County and surrounding areas.

2. Website Use

• Use this site for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Do not copy, scrape or republish site content or project photographs without written permission.
• Do not submit false information or use our forms for unsolicited commercial messages.

3. Information Is Not An Offer

Prices, ranges, timelines and descriptions on this website, including those on the homepage, pricing page and styles page, are general information for planning. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees. Pricing ranges reflect previously completed kitchens and vary with cabinet tier, kitchen size, existing conditions, material selections and municipality.

4. Estimates And Proposals

• In home consultations and written estimates within our service area are free and carry no obligation.
• We quote at three budget levels. Each is a separate scope and price.
• Only a written proposal signed by both parties creates a binding agreement.
• Proposals are valid for the period stated, commonly 30 days, because material pricing moves.
• Allowances, exclusions and assumptions in the proposal control over anything said verbally or shown on this website.

5. Deposits And Payment

• A deposit is required at contract signing to release cabinet and material orders.
• Deposits become non refundable once cabinetry or custom materials have been ordered, because they are manufactured to your specification and cannot be resold.
• A progress payment is typically due at cabinet installation, with the balance on completion after the punch list is cleared.
• Past due balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by Florida law.

6. Lead Times

Cabinetry and countertop lead times are set by manufacturers and fabricators and are estimates, not guarantees. Stock cabinetry typically runs 2 to 3 weeks, semi custom 6 to 10 weeks and full custom 8 to 14 weeks. Countertops cannot be templated until cabinets are installed and level, which adds 7 to 12 business days. Manufacturing delays, freight issues, material shortages and weather can extend these. We communicate changes as soon as we know.

7. Concealed Conditions

Removing an old kitchen regularly uncovers conditions that could not be seen at estimating, including water damage behind sink bases, failed plumbing, outdated or unsafe wiring, out of level floors, mold and unpermitted prior work. When we find one, we stop, document it, price the correction and obtain your written approval before continuing. Corrections are additional to the contract price.

8. Change Orders

Changes after cabinets are ordered may not be possible, and where possible are priced as written change orders that may affect both cost and schedule. Cabinetry already manufactured to your approved specification is chargeable even if subsequently changed.

9. Natural Material Variation

Wood, granite and quartz are natural or partly natural materials. Color, grain, veining and movement vary between samples, slabs and production runs, and stained wood changes tone over time. Samples are representative, not exact. Where slab selection matters to you, we encourage you to select your own slab at the yard. Reasonable variation is a characteristic of the material and is not a defect.

10. Client Responsibilities

• Empty the kitchen completely before demolition
• Provide appliance model numbers before cabinets are ordered
• Make selections by the dates in the schedule
• Provide access on scheduled work days
• Secure pets during working hours
• Obtain HOA or condominium approvals where they apply

11. Client Supplied Materials

We will install appliances, fixtures or materials you supply. Those items are not covered by our workmanship warranty against product defects, and delays or redesign caused by incorrect specifications, late delivery or damaged client supplied goods may incur additional charges.

12. Warranty

Warranty terms are described on our Warranty and Care page and in your written contract.

13. Portfolio Use

We may photograph completed kitchens for our portfolio, website and social media. Names and addresses are not published without permission, and you may opt out in writing.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid under the contract giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including temporary accommodation costs, meal expenses or inconvenience arising from delays.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including hurricanes, severe weather, flooding, material shortages, manufacturer delays, labor disruption or government action.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless your contract provides otherwise.

17. Changes And Contact

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Where a signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract controls for that project.
