Demolition through final adjustment, floors protected and the site cleaned daily. Then we walk it with you before final payment.

Questions
What homeowners ask first
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We come to your home, measure the kitchen, discuss what you want and give you a budget range, at no cost and with no obligation. The full design and written quote follow that visit.
Should I reface or replace?
If your layout works and the cabinet boxes are solid, refacing gives you most of the visual change for a fraction of the cost and time. If the layout frustrates you daily, or the boxes are particleboard that has swollen under the sink, replacement is the better investment. We will tell you which applies rather than defaulting to the bigger job.
How long will I be without a kitchen?
Refacing is typically 4 to 7 days with the sink usable most of that time. A full replacement runs 3 to 5 weeks, with about two of those weeks having no countertops. We set up a temporary kitchen area and sequence work to shorten that gap where we can.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, where the scope requires them. Cabinet and counter replacement usually does not. Moving plumbing, electrical or walls does, and we handle the applications and inspections as part of the contract.
Can I supply my own appliances or materials?
Yes. Plenty of clients buy their own appliances. We coordinate the cabinetry around the exact models, which is why we need the spec sheets early. Materials you supply are not covered by our workmanship warranty against product defects.
